CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

šŸ“Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth šŸ“Identify, structure, and close strategic partnerships with asset managers, tokenization platforms, and custodians to bring tokenized products on Algorand (e.g., Treasuries, private credit, institutional funds, real estate, and commodities). šŸ“Cultivate partnerships with regulated tokenization providers in key jurisdictions (U.S., EU, UK, UAE) to expand issuance capabilities and cross-border distribution. šŸ“Engage directly with financial institutions, family offices, and corporate treasuries to drive adoption of tokenized yield products and onchain capital markets on Algorand. šŸ“Collaborate with DeFi protocols (e.g., Folks Finance, Tinyman, Pact) and infrastructure partners to ensure composability and liquidity of tokenized assets across Algorand’s ecosystem šŸ“Network Activation & Market Presence šŸ“Leverage an existing professional network to open doors with institutional allocators, fintech innovators, and blockchain-native funds. šŸ“Represent Algorand at high-impact industry events and conferences, positioning the Foundation as a credible and forward-looking leader in tokenized finance. šŸ“Develop and maintain strategic relationships with financial regulators, custodians, and RWA infrastructure providers to stay ahead of market developments. šŸ“Product and Integration EnablementOversee the full lifecycle of partnerships, from deal close through integration, delivery, and long-term growth. šŸ“Work closely with technical and product teams to support integration efforts, ensuring compliance with institutional standards (e.g., KYC, Identity, ERC-3643 equivalent frameworks). šŸ“Serve as the internal connector, aligning priorities, tracking progress, and removing obstacles to keep initiatives on schedule, whilst maintaining strong partner relationships through consistent communication. šŸ“Partner with Head of DeFi to assist in structuring liquidity programs and co-incentives to strengthen RWA adoption and trading activity.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

šŸ“7+ years’ experience in business development, investment management, structured products, or capital markets, ideally in a front-office or client-facing role. šŸ“Based in or with strong professional ties to a major global financial hub (New York, London, Dubai, or equivalent). šŸ“Deep professional network across financial institutions, asset managers, tokenization providers, or institutional investors. šŸ“Strong grasp of financial instruments (money market funds, Treasuries, private credit, structured yield products) and how they are being adapted for blockchain environments. šŸ“Solid understanding of blockchain and DeFi mechanics, including RWAs as collateral, yield primitives, and cross-chain liquidity. šŸ“Proven track record of originating and closing high-value partnerships.
