Job Summary

Responsibilities

📍Onboard new users on the platform and build relationships with them, increasing conversions to the products. 📍Improve the experience of existing users. Understand the KPIs related to products and services. 📍Work closely with Marketing and Customer Supports teams to improve the Customer 📍Success department's performance. 📍Communicate with customers through various channels (IP telephony and email/Telegram/Facebook/ Whatsapp, etc.) 📍Generate new ideas to find new approaches to the customers, drive the best practices and provide feedback from the market to the team. 📍Use CRM and other tools in the development of your functions. 📍Hold product demonstrations for customers. 📍The main focus of your responsibilities will be to increase the activity of the clients (existing and new ones).

Requirements

📍Fluent in English 📍Spanish or Italian native speaker. 📍Experience in online sales or support from 1 year. 📍Understanding of the crypto market, or traditional trading.
