šLeading technical engineering teams šShould have a strong technical background with skills like react, node.js, JavaScript etc. šGather and Validate the requirements. šRunning Daily Scrum meetings and working in Agile environment. šOutlining a detailed product strategy. šManaging teams both onsite and offshore. šManaging product road maps and releases. šUnderstanding product selling points. šIdentifying and filling product gaps. šGenerating new product ideas. šWorking with PR and marketing teams to manage product launches. šActing as a product evangelist and representing the company at public events.
Requirements
šDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. šPrevious strong experience in a product development. šProven product development ability. šStrong Technical background with experience in software development or web technologies. šAttention to detail and good problem-solving skills. šExcellent interpersonal skills. šGood written and verbal communication. šExceptional leadership skills.
