We seek a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and report to the VP of Growth. This role is critical to driving user and revenue growth, focusing on acquisition, retention, and effective channel management.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šLead, mentor, and scale an engineering team of 20+ across web, backend, and mobile domains. šOversee end-to-end technical delivery and architecture across Paxful, TabTrader, and Omni Wallet. šConduct technical leadership: code reviews, infrastructure reviews, quality enforcement across stack. šCollaborate deeply with product leadershipāensuring engineering deliverables align with product vision, user needs, and timelines. šDrive architecture discussions with focus on scalability, security, performance, and multi-chain interoperability. šChampion engineering best practices: CI/CD, testing standards, DevOps, and documentation. šRecruit and develop top-tier engineering talent as the portfolio grows. šFoster consistent integration and reuse of common services across products to maximize synergies.
Qualifications
š10+ years in software engineering leadership; at least 5 years managing teams of 20+ engineers. šDemonstrable deep expertise in blockchain/Web3 technologiesāe.g., wallets, DeFi, multi-chain protocols, smart contracts, bridging, decentralized infrastructure. šHands-on experience in code review and technical architecture across multiple technology stacks (frontend, backend, mobile). šStrong history of cross-functional collaboration, particularly partnering with product teams to deliver complex software systems. šProven success in scaling engineering organizations, improving velocity, quality, and team culture. šExcellent strategic thinking, effective communication skills, and presence to partner with senior leadership. šMust be able to work Central Europe hours.
