Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍End-to-End Recruitment – Own and execute hiring strategies to fulfill headcount needs across multiple business lines. 📍Business Partnership – Collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPs, and leadership to align recruitment with business goals through projects. 📍Market Intelligence – Provide insights on talent availability, competitor hiring trends, and salary benchmarks. 📍Process Optimization – Improve sourcing strategies, streamline recruitment operations, and coach junior recruiters.
Who You Are
📍5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. 📍Proven track record in hiring for corporate/business functions or high-volume roles (Customer Support, Sales, BD). 📍Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment. 📍Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and drive hiring decisions. 📍Crypto/Web3 experience is a plus!
