Job Summary

Your Core Responsibilities:

šŸ“Business alignment/Communication šŸ“Collaborate and partner closely with trading, technology, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution. šŸ“Keep key stakeholders informed and engaged, securing buy-in and cross-departmental support throughout project implementation. šŸ“Report directly to the Corporate Development Director – Hong Kong & Taiwan, providing regular updates on progress and key initiatives. šŸ“Project Management šŸ“Lead and oversee the execution of approved business development and business improvement initiatives, including implementation of new markets, platforms, and asset classes. šŸ“Exercise sound commercial judgment in evaluating, prioritizing, and executing new opportunities, supported by thorough business and financial analysis. šŸ“Ensure projects adhere to IMC’s high standards of governance and compliance. šŸ“Track and manage all business development requests directed to external partners, ensuring effective resolution and advocacy.

Your Skills and Experience:

šŸ“Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic results in Business, Economics, Banking, or Finance. šŸ“7–10 years of relevant experience in a multinational corporate environment; experience in the trading industry or at an exchange is advantageous. šŸ“Strong understanding of a wide range of financial products, particularly equities and equity derivatives. šŸ“Proven ability to independently lead projects from inception through to successful completion. šŸ“Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. šŸ“Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams and external stakeholders. šŸ“A proactive and curious mindset, coupled with strong strategic judgment and a drive to deliver results. šŸ“Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin required.
