Job Summary
Responsibilities
đź“ŤAnalyze and create business plans for growth opportunities (buy/build/partner), prioritizing and resourced based on strategic fit and potential value đź“ŤConduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify acquisition targets, partnership opportunities, and industry trends đź“ŤDevelop and maintain relationships with potential targets, investment bankers, and corporate development teams across various sectors (traditional finance, tech, exchanges, custodians, etc.) đź“ŤPerform financial modeling, valuation analyses, and due diligence for M&A transactions, supporting deal structuring and negotiations đź“ŤPrepare detailed analyses and recommendations for senior leadership and board of directors, including investment memoranda and presentations đź“ŤCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives, support portfolio company integrations, and assist in post-merger activities đź“ŤIdentify and evaluate international market opportunities, supporting the company's global expansion strategy
Qualifications
đź“ŤBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field đź“Ť2-4 years of experience in investment banking(ideally M&A) or corporate development đź“ŤStrong analytical and financial modeling skills đź“ŤStrong communication, relationship and presentation abilities đź“ŤExcellent organizational and time management skills đź“ŤA focus on action and the ability to handle ambiguous problems in a short period of time đź“ŤAbility to work effectively in a remote-first and fast paced environment đź“ŤA deep understanding of financial markets and digital assets
