Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šAttend and speak at technical events around the globe including meetups, hackathons, and conferences šEngage, grow, and prove technical support to our community of validators and developers via various social channels (e.g. GitHub, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, Stack Overflow, and more) šOwn and oversee technical documentation including docs, blog posts, tutorials, videos, etc. to address knowledge gaps and accelerate partnersā understanding and collaboration around the Solana ecosystem šCommunicate critical software changes and their impact to key stakeholders šKeep pace with understanding the rapidly innovating Solana ecosystem and translate that information to connect projects with potentially mutually beneficial partners šWork closely with the Solana Labs core engineering team to understand their priorities and focuses, and share information with the Solana ecosystem
Requirements:
šProven track record in Developer Relations in a fast paced tech environment or similar role šScrappy, low ego, self motivated, looking to dive right in šPrevious experience developing and leading workshops, presentations, community talks, and engaging the validator and developer communities šKnowledge of and passion for the Solana and Web3 ecosystem šExcellent written and verbal communication skills (especially technical writing) šFamiliarity with Rust preferred
