Job Summary
We are searching for an enthusiastic Community & Events Manager to assist our organization in hosting events that enhance Salad Venture’s image and grow our Web3 community.
Your creativity, organizational skills, and vision will assist our organization in amplifying brand visibility, promoting partnerships, and improving our organization’s growth through events that effectively communicate business strategies and brand personality.
The Community & Event Manager will implement the company’s online community engagement and event execution strategies. This role will also monitor and moderate all forms of user-generated content in order to promote an inclusive, safe, fun, and interactive community environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for servicing existing projects and partnerships
- Responsible for organizing hybrid events, managing event partnerships, and conducting event marketing activities
- Create detailed proposals for all events, including timelines, venues, vendors, staffing, and budgets
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct pre and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plans
- Budget adherence and tracking
- Engage in ad-hoc responsibilities and/or projects as needed to assist in the continuous growth of the organization
- Project administration and management of workflow
- Onsite execution and event operations
- Implement community moderation strategies and ensure their effectiveness
- Manage all event social media accounts & community chats
- Respond to comments shared and sent by our community members in the Telegram group chat
- Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation back into the Community Team
- Any other event-related ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in event planning and management, coordinating partnerships
- Good communication skills, negotiation skills & ability to manage multiple events
- Highly organized and productive
- Good time management and interpersonal skills
