Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDevelop and execute community engagement strategies across local and online platforms, including Telegram and Discord. šServe as the main point of contact for our Russian-speaking community, and relay user insights to internal teams. šPlan and launch campaigns and promotions to drive user activity, retention, and brand visibility. šOrganize offline events and build strong local networks in the region. šBuild and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and media in the crypto space. šCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business teams to align community initiatives with broader company goals. šLead and grow Telegram community engagement through structured, organic campaigns.
Qualifications
š2ā3 years of experience in community management or marketing, ideally in crypto, fintech, or a fast-paced digital space. šFluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken. šDeep understanding of Telegram, Discord, and other community engagement platforms. šStrong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams. šWillingness to work flexible hours, especially when community engagement peaks outside typical business hours.
