Job Summary

Responsibilities

📍Handle and resolvecustomer requests and complaints; 📍Operate with Customer Relationship Management and the othersoftware (Intercom, Jira); 📍Hold productdemonstrations for customers; 📍Communicate andcoordinate with colleagues as necessary; 📍Respond and quicklyto customer inquiries (live chat); 📍Communicate withcustomers through various channels (Intercom/Telegram/Facebook/Slack, etc.); 📍Provide feedback onthe efficiency of the customer service process; 📍Ensure customersatisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

📍Regions – EU; 📍High educationdegree; 📍English level –Advanced (B2, C1). Additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, other)are an advantage; 📍Experience working incustomer support/client relations; 📍Work experiencewith CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and social platforms (Intercom,Telegram, Slack); 📍Highly organized and able to multi-task; 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 📍High computer literacy; 📍Availability of a PC (MacOS, Windows).
