Job Summary


📍Conduct initial consultations with potential clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and budget constraints. 📍Develop customized recruitment solutions based on client requirements, presenting clear and competitive quotes. 📍Partner with internal recruiting specialists to identify the perfect candidates for client openings. 📍Manage client expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing clear and regular communication. 📍Coordinate interviews, answer client questions, and advocate for qualified candidates aligned with client needs. 📍Negotiate offer terms and manage onboarding logistics for successful placements. 📍Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty. 📍Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional recruitment services aligned with client needs. 📍Maintain detailed client records and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

📍Number of new clients per month. 📍Time-to-placement for qualified candidates. 📍Revenue generated from client engagements.


📍Minimum 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, OR 2+ years of experience in recruiting or in a related field. 📍Proven track record of success in building strong client relationships and exceeding sales targets. 📍Strong understanding of the offshore recruitment landscape, preferably with a focus on regions like the Philippines and South America. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone. 📍Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to effectively present recruitment solutions and confidently navigate offers. 📍Proficiency in CRM software and strong organizational skills to manage client interactions and track progress. 📍We use Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, and a variety of job boards for recruiting. 📍We use HubSpot, Slack, Telegram, OpenPhone, and email to communicate with our clients.
