Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
📍Interview scheduling, including onsite and virtual interviews, assessment days and debrief meetings with recruiters, managers and interview teams 📍Offer personalised support and ensure candidates are consistently updated on their interview progress, placing the candidate experience at the forefront of all decision making. 📍Update and maintain data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support recruiters with administrative tasks such as offer letters. 📍Provide logistical support for recruitment-related events, including interview days, networking sessions, and on-site activations.
Your Skills and Experience:
📍Greenhouse ATS experience a plus 📍Ability to work well under pressure, adaptability, and a demonstrated ability to prioritise 📍Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on high-quality delivery 📍Desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment 📍Extremely solid attention to detail, communication skills, sense of ownership and responsibility 📍Aptitude to quickly pick-up things and adapt to new approaches
