Job Summary
What you’ll do:
📍Sales & Business Development (70%): 📍Prospect, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and inbound lead follow-up 📍Manage early-stage sales conversations and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team 📍Track and report on KPIs such as outreach activity, lead conversion rates, and pipeline status 📍Collaborate with marketing to align on messaging and campaign execution 📍Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all prospects in HubSpot 📍HubSpot Administration (30%): 📍Manage and optimize the company’s HubSpot CRM, ensuring data cleanliness and pipeline accuracy 📍Maintain dashboards, reports, workflows, sequences, and lists 📍Provide training and support to sales and marketing users on HubSpot best practices 📍Monitor system performance and troubleshoot user issues as needed
Who you are:
📍Eager & swift learner 📍Self-starter with strong organization and time management skills 📍Clear, persuasive communicator (written & verbal) 📍You own what you start — and finish it 📍2+ years in sales/business development (ideally B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or tech services) 📍Hands-on with sales engagement & email automation; familiar with lead scoring and segmentation strategies 📍Data-driven: comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-led environment; understands funnel metrics & pipeline forecasting 📍Prior CRM experience (we use Hubspot); integrations with other tools is a plus (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
