Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients in the crypto space, specifically investors (VCs, funds, institutional investors, whales) and blockchain teams. šŸ“Engagement: Reach out to prospects via Telegram, Twitter, email, LinkedIn to initiate conversations and uncover business opportunities. šŸ“Represent: Represent Nansen at in person events whilst identifying new business opportunities šŸ“Market Research: Stay up-to-date with trends in the blockchain and crypto industry to identify potential targets and understand market needs. šŸ“Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, ensuring regular follow-ups and nurturing. šŸ“Qualifying Opportunities: Conduct discovery with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers for Nansen. šŸ“Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies, share feedback on market conditions, and improve messaging. šŸ“CRM Management: Keep detailed records of interactions with prospects and leads in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and transparency. šŸ“Feedback Loop: Provide feedback on customer pain points, emerging trends, and opportunities to improve Nansenā€™s offerings and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements:

šŸ“Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a BDR or a related role, within crypto, Fintech, or SaaS industries. šŸ“Knowledge of Crypto/Blockchain: Strong understanding of the crypto and blockchain space šŸ“Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present Nansenā€™s value proposition clearly and persuasively. šŸ“Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, with a focus on generating new business. šŸ“Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills. šŸ“Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other software for prospecting and lead generation.
