Job Summary
What you'll do
📍Execute targeted outbound campaigns aligned to defined Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas 📍Engage with C-level executives, senior leadership, and other decision-makers in complex enterprise sales environments 📍Generate qualified meetings and opportunities that convert to net sales and revenue growth 📍Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics for opportunities created, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution 📍Leverage cutting-edge tools, sales intelligence, and buyer intent data to execute multi-channel outreach 📍Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client success to ensure message alignment and strategic focus 📍Build deep product, market, and industry knowledge to engage prospects with confidence and credibility
Qualifications
📍1-2+ years proven success in a BDR/SDR role, ideally within complex enterprise sales or high-tech SaaS environments. 📍Hunger, drive, and the discipline to win in a high-performance sales culture 📍Ability to engage senior executives with relevance and business acumen 📍Comfort working in an early-stage, high-change environment with ambitious growth goals 📍Coachability, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement 📍Experience with sales engagement platforms, CRM systems, and modern prospecting tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) 📍Nice-to-have: experience in selling AI tech
