Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
šSet meetings and build relationships with potential Introducing Brokers who may have clients interested in trading multi-asset products such as Gold, Oil, FX, and Cryptocurrencies. šOn-board IBās and help them increase accounts, deposits, and revenues. šIdentify and target known Money Managers and IBās in the Egyptian and MENA markets. šUse Telegram and other Social Media channels to influence IBās to join Zeal by offering them the companyās competitive rebate program. šOrganically build a book of business through relationships in and outside the market targeting potential IBās from multiple industries. šDetermine customers' trading needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs. šCross-sell retail clients who meet the IB threshold to grow their business and walk them through the client growth life cycle. šNegotiate rebate and markup terms and/or services with IBs. šStay up to date on market news and trends in FX, Commodities, Stocks, and Indices. šAdvise on trading strategies, options, and risk management strategies. šExplain stock market terms or trading practices to clients. šAnswer customers' questions about spreads and trading conditions at Zeal. šAttend industry and company events to source own potential clients as directed by management.
šachieve sales targets including: šNo. of Funded Accounts šGross Deposits šWeekly Meetings šContact prospective or existing customers to discuss how Zeal can meet their needs. šDevelop sales presentations or proposals to explain service specifications. šMaintain customer records by using the CRM and logging communication. šReceive and follow-up on clients funding, volume, and new account activations.
Requirements
š4 years of extensive experience in Forex / Insurance / Real estate / Banking / Stock and Commodities Brokerage fields in sales Department šProfessional Key Knowledge Area Requirement: šFinancial markets knowledge in FX, Stocks, Commodities šTechnical and Fundamental analysis
