About the Role:

📍The Business Development Manager will own and execute sales strategy across a multi-location region. From cold outreach to closing large enterprise deals, this person will partner closely with Community Teams to fill spaces, drive revenue, and elevate Kiln’s presence in the market. You’ll be the connector between marketing, community, and operations—leading with data, empathy, and a hustle-first mindset.
