Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Define business development strategy, take broad concepts to form action plans, and execute them successfully. 📍Establish and foster long lasting relationships with customers, partners, and clients. 📍Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product. 📍Identify customer needs and collaborate with STEPN teammates to ensure customer success. 📍Educate customers on the value of STEPN throughout the adoption cycle. 📍Communicate and organize/raise issues appropriately including billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries.
Qualifications:
📍You are ideally in the STEPN community. 📍You are a high performer who's an expert at your craft, constantly challenging the status quo. 📍You understand different technologies and architectures at a level needed for efficient business development. 📍You have 3-6+ years' experience running business development at a Fitness/B2C/Tech company. 📍You are a strategic and out-of-the-box thinker with a broad perspective and proven ability to execute. 📍You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, re-prioritizing projects, and communicating priority updates to stakeholders. 📍You are driven by results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks. 📍You lead people with influence that comes naturally to you, and you can navigate high-stress situations through a specific and consistent framework.
