Job Summary

Responsibilities:

📍Enhance current and prospective partners' understanding of Dynasty Studios' pioneering role in the web3 game industry 📍Stay updated on web3/NFT/crypto industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge 📍Build strong industry connections across various functions 📍Develop an analytical mindset to prioritize opportunities and identify top strategic partners for Dynasty Studios 📍Collaborate with the PR and Marketing teams to craft compelling pitch narratives to attract leading investors 📍Identify and target potential investors and partners across the industry, establishing initial contacts 📍Manage the fundraising process with a strong focus on closing deals 📍Assist co-founders in communicating with prospective clients and partners 📍Qualify existing business development opportunities and see them through to completion 📍Explore new growth strategies 📍Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, VCs, partners, and KOLs within the web3 industry 📍Collaborate with the CEO/Founders, Operations, Development, and Marketing teams to align business objectives and strategies 📍Provide exceptional support and guidance to partners throughout the BD cycle, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering long-term partnerships

Required skills that make you a good fit for the role

📍Over 2 years of experience and currently working in the gaming or web3 industries in a Corporate Development, Business Development, or Strategy role, with a proven track record of top performance 📍 Web3 native, with experience working with DeFi protocols 📍 Demonstrated experience in structuring and negotiating complex partnership agreements 📍 Exceptional ability to manage and track multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously 📍Proven track record of closing deals, and exceeding investment goals 📍Familiarity with KOLs, VCs, media channels, and community engagement strategies 📍Aptitude for conducting thorough research and analysis on new blockchain trends and technologies, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies for community growth and engagement. 📍Full professional proficiency or native-level English; additional languages are a plus
