Job Summary
We Expect You to Bring
šDeep Institutional DNA: A proven track record in Business Development or Relationship Management within a major Exchange, Market Maker, or Tier-1 Crypto firm. šMarket Fluency: A deep understanding of how Market Makers operate, their liquidity needs, and how they consume data. šTradFi & Digital Asset Hybrid: Familiarity with both traditional exchange structures and the evolving DeFi landscape. šStrategic Execution: The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, "startup-speed" environment while maintaining institutional-grade professionalism.
Desired Skills and Experience
š5+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Institutional Coverage within Finance or Fintech. šStrong Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss API integrations and data latency with confidence. šCultural Competence: Experience navigating the nuances of both Western and Asian markets (Mandarin fluency is a massive plus for Singapore-based roles).
