Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
đź“ŤPlan, organize, and host roadshows and offline events to acquire retail crypto trading users. đź“ŤEngage and educate potential users on crypto trading opportunities and platform offerings. đź“ŤDevelop and execute strategies to maximize user conversion and retention. đź“ŤBuild and maintain relationships with retail clients, providing ongoing support. đź“ŤCollaborate with internal teams to optimize roadshow performance and user experience.
Requirements
📍Experience in sales and user acquisition through roadshows or offline events. 📍Background in insurance, telcos, banking, brokerage firms, or similar industries. 📍Crypto experience is a must—this can be personal trading experience or deep industry knowledge. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding and passion for crypto. 📍Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. 📍Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
