đź“ŤProactively seek and cultivate new relationships with key stakeholders and potential customers to drive business growth đź“ŤWork closely with the Business team to provide support in the development of proposals, presentations and sales materials đź“ŤDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve sales goals đź“ŤDrive end to end sales process, from lead generations to contract negotiations to bring in new business đź“ŤConduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships and emerging trends in the blockchain space đź“ŤCollaborate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies
Requirements
đź“ŤMinimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development and sales in APAC đź“ŤFully remote, based in Asia, cover Asia time zone and flexible with work arrangements đź“ŤFluent in both English and Mandarin đź“ŤIn-depth knowledge with blockchain and crypto technology as a Business Development Manager in areas of MEV, speed and performance, algo-trading, infrastructure of DeFi on EVM chains and Solana đź“ŤGood understanding of crypto industry in APAC region đź“ŤExcellent presentation and communication skills, ability to simplify technical data into clear ideas đź“ŤRole requires travel 10-20%, mainly to conferences and team meetings
