Job Summary

Responsibilities

📍Vendor, Partner, and Supplier Relationship Management 📍Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners to ensure smooth operations and long-term business growth. Identify and build partnerships that align with Binance Pool’s business objectives and growth strategy. 📍Project Flow and Internal Procedures 📍Streamline and optimize project workflows, ensuring that projects are executed on time and within scope. 📍Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on procedures, track project statuses, and address any bottlenecks or delays. 📍Project Ownership and Revenue Growth 📍Take ownership of specific projects, including managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. 📍Expand current project volumes and initiatives to drive revenue growth for Binance Pool. 📍Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing projects to maximize revenue potential. 📍VIP Client Relationship Management 📍Maintain and strengthen relationships with current VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. 📍Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for increasing their mining hash rate and expanding their engagement with Binance Pool. 📍Client Support and Inquiries 📍Act as a key point of contact for VIP clients, assisting with inquiries and providing timely responses to client needs. 📍Provide tailored support for VIP clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded and their mining activities are optimized.

Requirements

📍3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client relations, ideally within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry. 📍Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency mining industry and Binance Pool products and services. 📍Proven experience in managing relationships with high-value clients (VIPs), partners, and vendors. 📍Strong project management skills with the ability to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure project success. 📍Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. 📍Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 📍Familiarity with mining hash rate and other technical aspects of the cryptocurrency mining ecosystem is a plus. 📍Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
