Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

📍Sales Execution & Support 📍Identify, pitch, and convert SMSF clients via inbound, outbound, and partner referrals. 📍Support pipeline conversion from events and campaigns with proactive follow-ups and tailored client support. 📍Develop and maintain sales resources (presentations, FAQs, onboarding guides) to strengthen client engagement. 📍Track and report SMSF acquisition metrics, pipeline health, conversion rates, and AUM. 📍Client Relationship Management 📍Deliver a white-glove client experience for high-value SMSF investors, including concierge onboarding and ongoing account support. 📍Reactivate dormant accounts and deepen client engagement through structured account management. 📍Act as the first escalation point for SMSF clients, ensuring a seamless service journey.

What We Look For In You

📍5+ years in sales support, business development, or partnerships in fintech, superannuation, wealthtech, or crypto. 📍Proven track record of driving acquisition in high-trust, compliance-led environments. 📍Strong relationship management skills with advisors, accountants, or HNW investors. 📍Comfortable working cross-functionally and translating client needs into commercial outcomes. 📍Resilient, autonomous, and metrics-driven.
