Job Summary

We're looking for a Business Development Lead for Token Offerings to join our team!

We’re looking for a FINRA-licensed individual to join Republic Crypto’s Token Offerings team and support our Broker-Dealer. You’ll join our team to source deals, facilitate due diligence, and lead business development to achieve our growth initiatives. You’ll gain unique exposure to the crypto, startup, and VC investment ecosystem while developing relationships and business skills invaluable to any high-growth company. As a member of the Republic Crypto team, you’ll receive a competitive salary, quarterly success-based compensation, and an equity grant.

What you'll do Source high quality crypto projects to use our platform to offer their token to the public before an exchange listing or IDO to raise capital, engage their community, or both Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for high-growth crypto projects and companies Coordinate a complex, highly-regulated deal flow process with other departments (legal, compliance, marketing, customer success, operations, finance) Support our broker dealer through the due diligence process Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process and education materials Our ideal candidate Experienced – You have 4+ years of sales-focused experience at a high-growth startup or in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, crypto project, or other institutional sales. FINRA-licensed – You are FINRA-licensed with a Series 79 and/or a Series 7. Passion for fintech or crypto – You have a demonstrated interest in the world of crypto and/or fintech. Strong communicator – You can communicate well with both internal and external stakeholders. Organizational superpowers – You can manage multiple workflows, maintain a tight control of your inbox, and lead founders through every stage of the process. Get it done attitude – You are scrappy, resourceful, and relentless, doing what needs to be done to drive success for your team and for the business.
