Job Summary
Your Impact
šSell "Rewards Infrastructure in a Box": Target Web3 projects seeking instant access to 2M+ merchants through our SDK, eliminating their incentive cold start problem and providing immediate utility for their tokens šDrive Partnership Pipeline: Identify high-value blockchain projects, DeFi protocols, and token communities that can benefit from white-labeled Spree Points infrastructure and Bookit.com deployments Execute Strategic Deals: Negotiate and close partnerships ranging from šsimple SDK integrations to full white-label marketplace deployments with branded stablecoins (e.g., TOKEN-SP) šAccelerate Key Metrics: Drive measurable growth in SP Total Value Locked (TVL) and SP Spend Volume by onboarding projects that bring new liquidity and users to the ecosystem šDesign Partnership Models: Structure revenue-sharing agreements, automated token buyback programs, and co-marketing initiatives that create win-win scenarios for partners šBridge Web2 & Web3: Educate traditional loyalty programs and enterprises on how Spree's DeFi-infused rewards can enhance their existing offerings šManage Full Sales Cycle: Own the entire process from lead generation and product demonstrations to contract negotiation and post-partnership support šCollaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop compelling joint go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless technical integrations šTrack & Optimize: Monitor partnership performance, analyze ecosystem growth metrics, and continuously iterate on BD strategies for maximum adoption šThis role is remote first with immediate start. There is a preference for NYC-based candidates to enable occasional colocation with the team.
Requirements
šDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment to achieve ambitious goal š2-3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting at a top-tier firm, with demonstrated ability in abstract thinking, analysis, and execution šSelf-directed, decisive, and results-oriented with ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of ambitious growth targets š3-4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales with at least 1+ years specifically in Web3/DeFi ecosystem, with proven track record of closing deals and driving TVL growth šUnderstanding of Web3 infrastructure and DeFi protocols, including smart contracts, tokenomics, stablecoins, and yield-generating mechanisms
