Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Managinginbound partnerships requests:You will coordinate with the existing Business Development team to help manage our inbound collaboration requests. The requests vary across a wide range of partners such as marketplaces, NFT collections, as well as tokens, and new dapps. Your job will be to help vet, research, and make proposals for the best inbound deals. 📍Sourcing new partnerships opportunities:Using our company goals and strategic priorities, you’ll identify, propose, and explore new and exciting partnership opportunities to take Phantom to the next level. This role requires creativity, applied strategy, and a deep understanding of value creation (for Phantom and partners). 📍Ensuring the success of existing partners:We deeply value our existing ecosystem and you’ll help maintain strong, consistent, and transparent relationships with our top partners. Working closely with leaders in Web3, you’ll synthesize feedback, negotiate deal structures, and manage team dynamics on a regular basis. 📍Driving our team forward:You’ll be a leader on our team, with significant responsibility and autonomy. As our Business Development evolves, you’ll play a major role in crafting strategy and taking leadership on cross-functional areas.
Qualifications
đź“Ť3+ years experience in partnerships or business development (with at least 1 year at a technology company) đź“ŤDemonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects (across engineering, product, support, marketing, etc.) đź“ŤDeep understanding of web3 app landscapes (NFT marketplaces, DeFi, Play-To-Earn). đź“ŤFamiliarity with web3 culture, specifically in the Solana + Ethereum ecosystems đź“ŤComfort working with top tier partners and senior leaders, particularly in pitching new proposals. đź“ŤExceptionally strong communication skills, particularly in written mediums.
