Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šPeople & Team Leadership šFoster a culture of ownership, learning, and excellence within the team. šDefine team goals, priorities, and development plans for organizational needs. šDrive cross-team collaboration with R&D, IT, Security, and Product teams across the company and subsidiaries. šInfrastructure & Cloud Operations šOwn the cloud infrastructure strategy and operations across AWS (primary), with growing presence in Azure, and future exploration of other cloud service providers. šOversee the design and maintenance of all product environments, specifically production and staging environments, for scalability, resilience, and security.
Requirements
šAt least 2+ years of experience as a DevOps team leader or manager - must š5+ years of hands-on DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering experience - must šStrong proficiency in cloud platforms (especially AWS, Azure/GCP/OCI ā advantage), scripting (Python, Bash), automation frameworks (especially Terraform, Ansible) šExpertise with Kubernetes, CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Maven) šExperience managing production environments in high-scale, high-availability systems
