Responsibilities:

📍Strategic partnerships – identify, negotiate and onboard major projects to leverage the protocol for their capital deployment and funding leads. 📍Ecosystem Expansion – build relationships with other protocols and ecosystem partners to expand reach and integration opportunities. 📍Advocacy and Education – communicate their vision and value propositions to potential partners. 📍Market Analysis – Identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the DeFi/ReFi space. 📍Internal Collaboration – work closely with product, marketing and community teams. 📍Revenue Growth – design and implement strategies to capture and channel capital towards the Protocol’s sustainability pool. 📍Community Engagement - actively engage with Web3 communities, events and forums.

Requirements:

📍Proven experience and track record in a similar role within Blockchain/Web3. 📍In-depth knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem. 📍Deep understanding of DeFi – knowledge of ReFi and public goods funding mechanisms is a plus. 📍Strong network within the Web3 ecosystem. 📍Experience building a scalable business development pipeline
