Responsibilities:
šLead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold outreach, networking events, social media, and partnerships. šMarket Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights that inform business strategies. šCustomer Outreach: Reach out to potential clients to introduce our products and services, articulate our value proposition, and understand their needs and pain points. šRelationship Building: Engage with potential clients to introduce our liquid staking protocol and understand their needs. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving business growth. šCollaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the business. šSales Support: Provide support to the sales team by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. šReporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools, and provide regular reports on progress and performance.
Qualifications:
šResults-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets šAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment šPrior experience in a similar role or a strong passion for the crypto space is preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner šResults-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets šSelf-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team šFamiliarity with CRM tools and other sales enablement technologies šPassion for the crypto space and a desire to contribute to the growth of the industry
