How You'll Make An Impact
šIdentify and research potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries or market segments šConduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate interest and create initial contact with prospects šSupport BD leads to close partnership and deals šQualify leads by engaging in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs, and determining their potential as qualified prospects šCollaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and campaigns šMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and customer interactions in the CRM system šUtilize various sales and marketing tools to identify and track leads, manage pipelines, and monitor progress towards targets šContinuously enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects šCollaborate with marketing teams to provide insights and feedback on lead generation strategies and campaigns šParticipate in regular sales team meetings and provide input on lead generation strategies, market trends, and customer feedback šLead medium-sized initiatives, structuring and managing tasks that align with ecosystem growth goals. Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders šStay informed on crypto, DeFi, and blockchain trends. What Sets You Apart
š3-4 years of experience as a Business Associate or similar role with 2 years of crypto experience šPassion for crypto and decentralized finance šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets šProficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to present complex information in a clear and concise manner šExcellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels šDetail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision šStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment šProactive and self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset
