Job Summary
The opportunity
šSource and drive acquisition, onboarding and activation of new futures affiliates and KOLs through targeted BD initiatives. šDrive, manage, and nurture existing partner and affiliate relationships to maximize growth and long-term success. šAct as the voice of the customer to product and marketing teams, providing actionable feedback to improve the user experience and offerings. šExecute go-to-market plans for affiliate campaigns, trading competitions and incentive programs. šMonitor competitive trends in futures and recommend features, incentives, or campaigns to maintain market competitiveness. šCollaborate with marketing on campaigns execution, content, and outreach for futures growth. šTrack and report on key metrics such as new traders, trading volumes, and affiliate impact. Assess performance and customer retention across regions and marketing channels.
Skills you should HODL
š3ā6 yearsā experience in business development with a proven track record of generating new business in any market environment, including at least 2 years in the crypto industry or trading platforms. šDeep comprehension of perpetual futures markets and user profiles (a plus). šA strong personal network within the crypto industry, especially across new projects, influencers, and KOLs (a plus). šCommercial mindset with the ability to drive growth and deliver results autonomously. šAs a complete degen, you have a deep knowledge and comprehension of cryptocurrency ecosystems, including their players, frameworks, and market dynamics beyond blue-chip tokens.
