Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Drive growth in the Strategic Market Making business by owning the process from start to finish 📍Proactively identify new clients and opportunities through monitoring key developments in the cryptocurrency ecosystem and developing a personal, trusted network 📍Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with external stakeholders (clients, exchanges, custodians, and lenders) 📍Maintain regular communication channels with external stakeholders to ensure a market leading offering 📍Work with various internal teams to create bespoke client solutions using best-in-class experience and technology that the firm has developed 📍Maintain a structured approach to the business development process and streamline operations as the business scales
Requirements
📍Experience in business development, partnership or sales roles preferably at financial services or crypto firms 📍Experience with a wide variety of financial products (options and structured products) including algorithmic trading firm experience will be an advantage 📍Results driven approach to solving problems and respond well to challenges 📍Highly professional team-player with a strong attention to detail 📍Culturally collaborative and with a strong desire to learn new competencies
