šLead Business Development and Sales functions in North America and Europe šManage the daily coordination and reporting of BD and Sales process šGuide and mentor BD and Sales team members to meet targets and cope with challenges šDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve sales goals šDrive key BD & Sales deals, from lead generations to driving deals to successfully bring in new business šNavigate the industry to identify and capture business opportunities šBuild and maintain strong relationships, while growing key accounts šCollaborate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies
Requirements
šFully remote, based in North America and flexible with work arrangements šMinimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development & Sales šProven track record in closing important deals šIn-depth business knowledge and experience with DeFi, blockchain and crypto areas šExcellent planning and presentation skills, ability to simplify technical data into crystal clear ideas šAbility to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment šCreative and entrepreneurial person with excellent teamwork skills and startup attitude
