What We Usually Look For
📍Experience in Web3 technologies and ecosystems 📍Prior VC experience with a web3 focus, 📍Experience as a BD team member at a top L1/L2 📍Demonstrable experience in building and leveraging relationships 📍Proficiency in guerrilla sales tactics and web3 culture 📍Strong written and verbal communication skills 📍Ability to make autonomous decisions and articulate ideas clearly 📍Strong networking skills within the web3 community (X, TG, Discord, etc.), events
