Job Summary
WHAT YOU'LL DO
šMarket Leadership: Lead our UAE operations, building and executing a strategy to expand our footprint across verticals.
šPipeline Ownership: Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality šopportunities.
Client Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key institutional clients, financial service firms, and regulators.
šDeal Execution: Structure, negotiate, and close complex deals that drive adoption of our technology in the UAE.
šStakeholder Engagement: Represent the company in discussions with regulators, policymakers, and industry bodies to help shape the future of digital assets in the region.
šCross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal BD, product, and solutions teams to deliver value to clients and ensure alignment with global priorities.
šMarket Development: Identify new opportunities across RWAs, stablecoins, and related sectors, acting as an entrepreneur within the organization.
WHO YOU ARE
š6+ years of professional experience, with significant exposure to financial services, fintech, or digital assets. šStrong understanding of DeFi, stablecoins, RWAs, and the broader digital asset ecosystem. šProven ability to manage full-cycle business development, from origination to deal closure. šDeep experience in managing institutional relationships, including regulators and financial service companies. šDemonstrated ability to operate with high agency in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. šStrong sales acumen combined with operational rigor and strategic thinking.
