Job Summary

WHAT YOU'LL DO

šŸ“Market Leadership: Lead our UAE operations, building and executing a strategy to expand our footprint across verticals.
šŸ“Pipeline Ownership: Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality šŸ“opportunities. Client Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key institutional clients, financial service firms, and regulators. šŸ“Deal Execution: Structure, negotiate, and close complex deals that drive adoption of our technology in the UAE. šŸ“Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company in discussions with regulators, policymakers, and industry bodies to help shape the future of digital assets in the region. šŸ“Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal BD, product, and solutions teams to deliver value to clients and ensure alignment with global priorities. šŸ“Market Development: Identify new opportunities across RWAs, stablecoins, and related sectors, acting as an entrepreneur within the organization.

WHO YOU ARE

šŸ“6+ years of professional experience, with significant exposure to financial services, fintech, or digital assets. šŸ“Strong understanding of DeFi, stablecoins, RWAs, and the broader digital asset ecosystem. šŸ“Proven ability to manage full-cycle business development, from origination to deal closure. šŸ“Deep experience in managing institutional relationships, including regulators and financial service companies. šŸ“Demonstrated ability to operate with high agency in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. šŸ“Strong sales acumen combined with operational rigor and strategic thinking.
