Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
šIdentify and target prospective clients and partners through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events šQualify leads and guide them through the sales funnel, with the goal of onboarding new projects to the BNB Chain ecosystem šBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Web3 and blockchain industries šAssist in the growth and success of projects within the BNB Chain ecosystem (e.g. advising on product, GTM, strategy, etc) šCollaborate with internal teams to solve strategic challenges through special projects and quickly respond to new business needs šProvide ongoing support to ensure ecosystem partnersā success and expansion šConduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the Web3 space šCollaborate with the business strategy team to develop go-to-market plans and execution of new business opportunities
Job Requirements:
šBachelorās degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field š1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, venture investment, strategy, or Web3 product development šExperience in Russian and/or Sub-Saharan African markets (e.g. language skills, prior work experience, etc) will be advantageous šExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills šDemonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships šSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment šAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team šFamiliarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
