Job Summary
Responsibilities
šIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across AI startups, enterprises, and research organizations šLead the full sales process from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, deal closure, and delivery of data šUnderstand client needs across different modalities and translate those into scoped data service solutions šCollaborate with internal teams to align on project delivery, timelines, and quality standards šMaintain strong relationships with customers and ensure long-term satisfaction šRepresent the company in client meetings, industry events, and partner discussions šMaintain an accurate pipeline and report on deal progress and revenue forecasts šShare customer feedback and market insights to help refine product and service offerings
Qualifications
š4+ years B2B Sales/BD experience, with 1+ years experience working within data labeling šStrong understanding of AI/ML workflows and the role of high-quality labeled data in model development šProven track record of closing complex, high-value deals šExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain technical offerings in a customer-centric way šComfortable engaging technical decision-makers, including ML engineers, product leads, and innovation heads šExperience with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) and outbound prospecting best practices
