Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Develop and execute a Go-to-Market strategy: Create a tailored plan to introduce Nomos to the market, through market research, competitive analysis, and identification of key target segments. šŸ“Market positioning and messaging: Collaborate with our technical team to craft compelling messaging, positioning, and branding for Nomos, highlighting its unique value proposition, in line with a community-driven ethos. šŸ“Drive adoption and revenue growth: Identify and pursue partnerships that would benefit from utilising Nomos, and to drive growth and sustainability for Nomos. šŸ“Community engagement and outreach: Engage with the Nomos community, provide support, and gather feedback to ensure a strong and active ecosystem. šŸ“Competitive analysis and market research: Stay up-to-date on market trends and emerging technologies to inform Nomos' Go-to-Market strategy. šŸ“Collaborate with the technical team: Work closely with our technical team to ensure alignment between business development and product roadmap, and to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. šŸ“Build and maintain relationships: Establish and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

šŸ“5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, focusing on Go-to-Market strategies in the blockchain crypto space. šŸ“Proven track record of success in driving adoption and revenue growth for blockchain or technology products. šŸ“Deep understanding of blockchain technologies. šŸ“Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders. šŸ“Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends.
