Job Summary
Requirements
šEngage with internal and external customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives. šProvide expert advice on Sales, Marketing, and ERP setup and best practices. šConduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements. šLead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce CRM solutions tailored to client specifications. šDesign custom fields, objects, workflows, and validation rules based on client requirements. šEnsure user training and adoption strategies are implemented for successful transitions. šOversee the integration of Salesforce with other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation). šCollaborate with technical teams to ensure data integrity and seamless integrations. šTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integrations and functionality. šManage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. šConduct regular meetings and status updates with clients to track progress and address concerns. šPrepare comprehensive documentation of CRM configurations, processes, and user guides. šAnalyze and report on CRM performance metrics to recommend adjustments and enhancements. šProvide ongoing support and training for clients to maximize the potential of Salesforce. šStay updated with Salesforce releases and enhancements to leverage new features. šWork closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives. šParticipate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
šMBA from a reputed university with Science or Engineering undergraduate degree šMinimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in configuring and setting up Marketing, Sales, Finance and other business processes. šSalesforce Consultant Certification a plus šProven track record of successfully managing CRM implementations. šStrong understanding of business processes and sales funnel management. šProficiency in Analytics tools and features, including reports and dashboards. šExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
