Job Summary
What will you be doing?
📍Perform and enhance revenue assurance controls over merchant fees, FX spreads, and balances. 📍Execute audit and control procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. 📍Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions. 📍Prepare reports and provide insights to management on risk and control performance. 📍Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Product, and IT to resolve issues and strengthen processes. 📍Support continuous improvement initiatives to automate controls and reduce manual interventions.
What skills do you need?
📍3+ years of experience in internal/external audit, financial controls, or reconciliations in multinational companies. 📍Background in auditing or control (Public Accountant or similar degree). 📍Strong Excel skills and ability to handle large datasets. 📍Fluent English (spoken and written). Nice to have Portuguese. 📍Experience in public companies and exposure to SOX controls. 📍Knowledge of fintech or the payments industry.
