Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Manage company-wide data systems, supporting data governance for the business 📍Collaborate with partner teams to drive results across the company, defining company technical requirements for systems and processes for development and/or enhancement 📍Identify root causes to problems and use data-driven approaches to develop and implement new business processes and solutions 📍Conduct analysis, interpret technical documents and processes, and draw valid conclusions regarding user needs and business requirements 📍Provide technical guidance; develop and update user documentation, written instructions, training guides, and manuals; meet with users to provide information regarding system changes and enhancements.
Necessary Attributes & Skills
📍Experience with analyzing large sets of data, including master data management 📍Ability to structure and perform complex analysis within Excel and related BI tools such as Tableau 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex or technical concepts into simple terms to working level teams as well as executives 📍Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, and managing competing priorities 📍Organized, detail-oriented, and strong analytics experience 📍Willing to work 4-5 days in the office per HR guideline and travel up to 10% of your time
