Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Partner on benefits administration, including eligibility, deductions, enrollments, and employee communications. 📍Partner and support payroll for all employees, including deductions, approvals, and reporting. 📍Manage annual Open Enrollment, including vendor coordination, employee communication, system updates, and process execution. 📍Support 401(k) audits, including Form 5500 filings. 📍Collaborate with HRIS and external vendors to maintain accurate records, improve processes, and support reporting and analytics. 📍Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements related to payroll and benefits. 📍Contribute to HR operations initiatives and process improvements across the People team.
What We Look For In You
📍Hands-on payroll experience (processing, deductions, cycle review) 📍Familiarity with benefits administration, including eligibility, enrollments, and deductions, as well as leave of absence (LOA) and coordination with the Employment Development Department (EDD). 📍Experience managing annual Open Enrollment processes. 📍Experience partnering with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP WFN, Oracle, BambooHR, etc.) and external vendors.
