What you will do

📍Vendor Management 📍Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technology vendors and service providers. 📍Lead regular vendor performance reviews, including SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. 📍Oversee vendor onboarding, due diligence, compliance checks, and risk assessments. 📍Manage escalation processes for underperforming vendors and drive corrective action plans. 📍Technology Procurement 📍Oversee full procurement lifecycle for hardware, software, cloud services, and IT professional services. 📍Partner with technical teams to understand requirements and identify optimal sourcing strategies. 📍Execute RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, evaluate proposals, and guide vendor selection processes. 📍Ensure procurement policies, procedures, and best practices are followed across the organization.

About You

📍Education & Experience 📍Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., ITIL, CPM, CIPS) preferred. 📍5–8+ years of experience in IT vendor management, procurement, sourcing, or contract management. 📍Proven experience negotiating technology contracts (SaaS, cloud, hardware, managed services, etc.). 📍Skills & Competencies 📍Strong knowledge of IT procurement processes, contract law fundamentals, and vendor governance models. 📍Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. 📍Ability to analyze complex data, budgets, and vendor performance metrics. 📍Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. 📍Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is preferred.
