Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Own and execute the ASO strategy across Apple App Store and Google Play. 📍Drive keyword research, ranking optimization, metadata optimization, in-app event strategy, experiment planning for multiple markets. 📍Optimize store listing conversion rates (icons, screenshots, videos, descriptions, A/B tests). 📍Monitor and improve organic installs, impressions, CVR, and retention from app store traffic. 📍Use ASO tools (e.g. AppTweak, AppsFlyer) to track performance, competitors, and opportunities. 📍Leverage AI tools to accelerate keyword discovery, creative testing, localization, and experimentation. 📍Partner closely with product, design, SEO, paid acquisition, and content teams to align launches and growth initiatives. 📍Manage ASO inputs for app updates, new features, and major releases. 📍Conduct competitive analysis within the predictions trading, fintech, crypto, and gaming-adjacent spaces. 📍Report on performance with clear insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
📍3+ years of hands-on ASO experience for consumer mobile apps (iOS & Android). 📍Proven experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments. 📍Strong understanding of App Store & Google Play algorithms, ranking factors, and CVR levers.Advanced experience using ASO tools such as: AppTweak, AppsFlyer, Keyword tracking & experimentation platforms 📍Strong analytical ability and comfortable turning data into actionable insights quickly. 📍Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across product, growth, and marketing teams. 📍Proven ability to work quickly, efficiently, and decisively in a high-speed execution environment. 📍Deep domain knowledge in Sports and experience working in the Sports industry
