Key Responsibilities
📍Managing Applicants: Ensure that applicants for all roles are reviewed and appropriately dispositioned weekly 📍Sourcing: You must be able to find and contact top-tier candidates 📍Candidate Management: Provide a great candidate experience throughout our interview process 📍Recruiter Interviews: Conduct video interviews with candidates and confidently assess their skills and qualifications especially around their technical skills and aptitude
Requirements
📍Experience: 1-2+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting candidates for engineering roles at web3 or FinTech projects. These could include, but are not limited to, Frontend and Backend Engineers, 📍Data Engineers, and QA Engineers. Ideally, candidates will have experience hiring for teams building interactive, high throughput, realtime, low latency decentralized trading products. 📍Web3: Ideally, you will have previous recruiting experience at a web3/crypto project hiring for technical roles 📍Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively over Telegram, Slack, and over video meetings 📍Organized: You must be able to keep yourself organized and focused in an asynchronous, startup environment
