Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šBuild structure around our long-term hiring and talent brand initiatives. šFine-tune our current processes by: (i) exploring and implementing improvements to our internal recruiting workflows, and (ii) establishing best uses for and identifying helpful shortcuts in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse). šUse reporting to bring more visibility to our recruiting efforts, identify clear areas for improvement, and highlight progress against long-term recruiting goals. šManage a Global Operations team to ensure strong internal processes and documentation are created. šCollaborate with specialist functions (e.g. Data, Software Engineering) to increase efficiencies to Recruiting processes. šInstitute best practices and general HR administration while keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and industry trends within the HR space.
Minimum Qualifications:
š8+ years Recruiting Operations and Global Operations experience. šIn-depth knowledge of the Greenhouse ATS, specifically performing configurations and creating processes to most effectively use the platform. šExperience managing a global operations team. šStrong knowledge of Workday and Greenhouse to ensure accurate data integrity and efficient process flows. šAdvanced Google Sheets Proficiency. šStrict attention to detail and organization; excellent written and verbal communication skills. šDemonstrated good judgment and ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters effectively.
