What You’ll Do:

📍Manage and develop long-term strategic relationships with key payments institutions, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day business, operational, and regulatory matters. 📍Ensure compliance and due diligence by overseeing annual KYC reviews, onsite visits, and maintaining up-to-date documentation with external partners. 📍Support new partnerships by leading onboarding processes, taking part in commercial negotiations, and contract finalisation to expand PSP partnerships. 📍Collaborate with internal senior stakeholders to align PSP partnerships with business objectives and enhance operational efficiencies. 📍Monitor market trends and opportunities, identifying new payment solutions and optimising existing ones.

Who You Are:

📍2-4 years of experience in Banking or PSP related industries, ID&V, Business KYC and Relationship Management. 📍Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to influence and drive business discussions. 📍Strategic and business-driven mindset, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to process optimisation and efficiency. 📍Strong knowledge of KYC for business and financial regulations, with the ability to manage legal, compliance, and due diligence processes. 📍Crypto knowledge is a plus, but not required - however, you should be open to learning about this emerging industry.
