đź“ŤThis role involves end to end management of credit cards portfolio for one of the top tier banks in India. This role will focus on diagnostics, activation, dormancy, and customer experience across key transaction types including contactless, cross border, card not present, and payment success rates. đź“ŤPortfolio Diagnostics & Health Monitoring Run daily, weekly, and monthly diagnostics to assess portfolio performance. Track metrics such as contactless usage, XB, CNP, and PSR to identify trends and gaps. đź“ŤSegment Growth & Activation Identify growth opportunities across customer segments and micro-segments. Monitor early activation and dormancy, recommend value added services to improve engagement. đź“ŤPayment Success & Experience Optimization Analyze payment success metrics and address gaps in customer experience for e.g., acceptance issues. Collaborate with internal teams to improve transaction success and reduce declines.
Qualifications
📍3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) 📍Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in cards, payments, or financial services analytics. 📍Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 📍Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
